Tiling where the finish shows immediately — floors and walls set level and true, with clean, consistent grout lines. The substrate is prepared and the job set out properly before the first tile goes down, because lippage and crooked lines can't be hidden afterwards.

Tiling is coordinated with the surrounding work so it happens in the right order and is protected through to handover.
