Every project starts on site, not on a phone. We aim to inspect your property within 24–48 hours of your request. Our team takes measurements, audits the structure and condition of the work area, and photographs everything that affects the job.

02Transparent Scope & Fixed Pricing
You receive a clear, line-item written quotation in Rand — every trade, material and labour item set out so you can see exactly what you're paying for. No vague verbal estimates. Once you sign the quote off, the price is locked; the only changes are extras you approve in writing.

03Managed Execution

04Punch-List, Handover & Warranty
Before we call it done, we walk the completed work against the agreed scope and clear every item on a final quality punch-list. We hand the space over clean, and back the completed work with a written workmanship warranty — the cover period is set out in your quote.
