Terms of Service

These terms apply to enquiries, quotations and work provided by NLSS 2 Business Trading (Reg. 2024/338189/07), a registered South African construction and property services company operating across Gauteng.

• We do not provide formal quotations without a physical site inspection.
• Site inspections start from R600, which covers travel and an assessment of the project.
• A written quotation is prepared after the inspection and reflects what was assessed on site. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Photos and details sent by WhatsApp help us discuss the work, but do not replace a site inspection.

Clients source their own materials by default, and we will advise exactly what to buy, including packages and quantities. If you would prefer us to purchase materials on your behalf, a deposit is required upfront before we buy them. Any such arrangement is disclosed on your quotation.

Work begins once a written quotation is accepted and scheduling is agreed, subject to team availability and material readiness. We aim to complete each project to a professional standard and review the completed work with you at handover.

Payment terms are set out on your quotation. Any deposits (for example, where we source materials) are agreed in writing before work or purchasing begins.
