Open-Plan Living Renovation

A residential renovation opening up the main living area into a single, light-filled space. The work brought several trades together under one team — building and alterations, floor tiling, ceiling and lighting, and interior finishing — so the sequence stayed right and nothing waited on a separate contractor.

As with every NLSS project, it began with a physical site inspection and a written quotation, and closed with a clean, checked handover.
